Tsuki continues to run down between the trees trying hard to get away from the Rathalos. He turns around and fires the last shot. but as soon as he pulls the trigger, it jammed. "uh oh..." thought Tsuki. He dropped the gun on the ground and ran. the rathalos stoped and looked at the gun. smelling it, tasting it, wondering what it was. when he took a closer look, when the gun exploded. the rathalos pulled back very quickly and got really angry. it lets out a loud roar and starts to fly towards Tsuki. Tsuki jumps to the side. Tsuki looks up and ran away. but the Rathalos continued to chase him. Soon Rathalos trapped Tsuki next to a cliff. Tsuki was frightened. he raised his hand to try to grab his sword. but the rathalos knew all to well that the weapon was a threat. so the rathalos charged for Tsuki. Tsuki, jumped to the rathalos's reaction, fell off the cliff. Rathalos stopped and watched Tsuki fall in the water from the edge of the cliff. Tsuki turned around and dived into the water. he opened his eyes underwater to figure out which way was up. but instead of looking up he saw another set of eyes. but a lot bigger. he let loose of all of his air in a frantic scream. he swam up to the surface next to a rock. he climbed onto the rock. but as soon as he got a grip to the other end of the rock, the giant pair of eyes became into a giant water Wyvern called, Plesioth, jumped out of the water behind the rock. They both stared at each other, but rathalos was watching the fight, and thought that it was its oppourtiny to get Tsuki from the Plesioth. So, the rathalos dives straight for Tsuki. the Plesioth looked up and saw rathalos. Plesioth shot a stream of water at the rathalos. Rathalos did a dodge roll and swooped up. Tsuki Sought this opportunity and dived back into the water to get to shore. He dived deep so if plesioth were to go back into the water it wouldnt notice him. But half way there the Plesioth was chasing him slowly until he ran out of breath. Out of curosity, Tsuki turned around. He saw the Plesioth following him. Tsuki gave a gasp and went towards the surface while going to shore. he got onto shore. but rathalos was waiting there for him. Tsuki gasped for air, then he notices the Rathalos glaring at him. He got up and ran sideways, away from rathalos and Plesioth. Plesioth Jumped out of the water and landed on top of the Rathalos. Rathalos Shot a fire blast out of his mouth, just catching Tsuki's Foot. Tsuki fell to the ground in pain. But lucky for him, the metal of his armor protected him. He put his foot in the water. Cooling it off very quickly. and he got up and limped. he limped behind a tree and sat there, trying to catch his breath. But he heard the two wyverns fighting and knew they were getting closer. He got up and tryed to limp away from the fight.
maybe 2 hours later, he was able to get away from the fighting wyverns. But he didnt know which way was camp. He continued down a trail which was layed down by small Monsters. but the foot prints of those monster were going the other way. so he continued to limp back to a large area where he thought they first set off from. He looked for any signs to which way keiko went. he saw deep lines in the ground. He got closer to Examine the dirt to see which way the dirt was heading. He saw it was going west. so he got up and continued going west.
half an hour later, he made it to a cave. In that cave he saw a small fire and a person. that person was Keiko. Tsuki grabed his sword and used it as a walking stick. Keiko turned around and saw Tsuki on his sword limping. "Tsuki!!" Keiko Yelled. She ran for Tsuki quickly and helped him in the tent. "a-are you okay?" Keiko asked. "Yeah..." Tsuki took off his Greeves and treated it. "what happened?"
Ten minutes later, Tsuki Told Keiko the whole story. "Wow..." "yeah...Crazy day it has been huh? Hey, where'd the guy go?" "Oh, he's on the bed." "hm..." "Oh, before i forget, i took down an Apceros." Keiko says happily. "really??" Tsuki said in total shock. "Yep, and here" Keiko gave Tsuki some Steak. "Ohh!" They both ate their steaks joyfully and with out haste. Half way through the meal, the guy woke up. "Oh he's up." Tsuki says. "really?" Keiko turns around. "are you okay? you took quiet a beating when i dragged you back here." says keiko. "y-yeah..." the guy said. "well, are you hungry?" Tsuki says handing him a plate with some steak on it. "y-yeah. thanks."
a couple hours later they finished some of the meat keiko brought back. "Im sorry, where are my manners, my names Yoshimitsu. but please, call me Yoshi." "Good to meet you, im Keiko." "and im Tsuki." "what were you doing up here on your own, Yoshi?" asked keiko. "well, i was suppose to take down rathalos. my comrads were suppose to meet me here but they didnt show up. so i thought i maybe i could try to take down rathalos on my own. but i failed..." Yoshi says disdainfully. "hm...well. we should take you back to town. were actually gonna set up to go back to town tomorrow after noon after we take down another apceros."says Tsuki. "Really? Okay." Yoshi looks around. "W-wheres my gun?" "Ohh sorry, i had to use it to get the Rathalos away from you so Keiko could get you back to Camp. It jammed...so...i had to toss it. sorry." tsuki explained. "really? oh ok. Well thank you again." "Its not a problem. just relax so we can get back to town with all of our strength." "Okay."
8 Days later it was starting to get dark. Tsuki, Keiko, and Yoshimitsu, made it back to town in one peice with an Apceros behind them on a cart. They took the meat back to the guilds cooking hall. the Cooking hall congradulated them and gave them the Contract with a stamp and signature on it. "Our first quest finished." Keiko and Tsuki Looked at the contract in grief. Yoshimitsu talked with the guild contractor to see if he could get his contract voided. Yoshi, asked them to meet him in front of the guild in the morning. and they agreed.
The Next day, All three of them met in front of the Guild. "well i wanted to talk to you guys about a small reward for helping me get back into town." says Yoshi. "No, no its okay. were just happy your fine." "Naw its my treat. here." Yoshimitsu gave them two Bowguns made from Rathalos Shells and Scales. "W-WOW!!" Tsuki and Keiko said in excitement. "HAha you two are happy to see a bowgun made from rathalos? Well. Its good to use different weapons from time to time. But make sure you have Gunners armor on. You have better balance with gunners armor on." Okay! and Thanks!" "haha No problem. Well i'll see you two around. i have to go back to my own town." "aww really?" "yeah. haha, i have to get my house in order." "Oh ok, come back soon!" "i will!" Tsuki and Keiko waved Yoshi good bye. But it wont be the end.
A new weapon, a new source, a new power.
