New Beginnings
(Two months have passed since the last time Marina was conscious. She has no clue where she is nor is she aware of te hpassage of time.)
How long have I been here, in this void? Am I dead? Am I in a coma? Where am I? Was everything I saw a dream? Or is there something to fight for? I..... I don't know. I'm scared. Midnight.... Midnight, where are you?
"It's no use, Midnight. She won't wake up," Lain murmured, sitting back on his heels after another attempt to use his powers to find Marina's consciousness failed. He had been trying for two months to revive his adoptive sister in vain. It wasn't good enough for Midnight, though. "There has to be a way! She cannot just be lost, Lain. There HAS to be a way to bring her back!" "I am doing everything in my power to find her, Midnight, but, as you can see, she's not responding! If you don't think I'm doing a good enough, why don't YOU go look for her mind?!?" "Fine!" "FINE!!" "Guys," Felicia said, trying to diffuse the anger in the air before someone did something stupid, but she was a little too late. Midnight stormed over to where Marina lay on a bed and put his forehead against hers. "Hang on Marina. I'm coming," Midnight whispered as his mind entered Marina's soul. "MIDNIGHT, NO!" "Oh, God....." Lain turned to Felicia. "What's the worst that could happen here?" Felicia turned solemnly to Lain. "If Midnight doesn't hurry...... I'm afraid he will be lost. Permanently."

Marina's Journal
I don't have a particular theme here. I'll post when I'm bored or I find something interesting. Read it if you want to, I could care less. It's just a means of putting my words on a screen so that at least I can see them.
