I recently found out that only the Grim Reaper was the only one that could summon the Apocolypse. I could talk to him directly but I did talk to his daughter, Fate. She told me that I had to gather up enough souls for him to summon the great beast. I agreed, but I could tell Joseph. I had to do this under the radar, but I think he's having second thoughts. I'll set up casual meetings in Safe Haven, just to make sure we are on the same page.
