Emo Poem Part 1...
The blackness surrounds me.
So dark, so empty, so lonely.
It crushes me,
Presses hard against my chest, pushes the breath from me.
Too fast, can't get it back.
I'm drowning in a sea of darkness.
Can't see much, can't hear much, can't think straight,
cant focus.
Can't breath.
As I swirl idly, I see a bright light in the black sea.
It comes, closer now, closer, closer still.
I hold on to it as it pulls me from the darkness.
So close, I could almost break the surface with my finger tips.
Then, the light disappears, as I sink down again.
Then it reappears, further now, just out of reach.
I hopelessly grope for it.
Disappears again.
Further and further it appears, making my stomach hurt.
It was teasing me.
Now the light a single pinpoint, I give up.
I let the crushing black water fill my lungs.
No more hope, not worth the trouble.
My tearless sounds make no sound as I slowly sink to the bottom...
