It's been awhile. I haven't seen a field of flowers in a long time. I almost forgot. This one is different though. All I see are daises. Nothing else. I don't even see the sky. Looking up, I only see a reflection of the daises. I think I'm lost. I don't know though, because I don't know where I was, or where I have to be. I know this isn't right, so I think I'm lost. Maybe I'll try and sleep.
Darkness. Emptiness. Nothingness. Once Alex opened his eyes it all came back. He was still lost. When Alex looked around all he saw were crumbling buildings and collapsed skyscrapers. The world around held a red tint, like looking through semi-clear red goggles. He looked up. The entire sky was filled with clouds. Perhaps the sun was dying behind them and that gave off a hint of death. The world looked like it was in the process of dying but was suddenly halted so they could throw Alex into it. The street beneath his feet was cracked and broken. Alex looked at himself. He was wearing a suit. His jacket was torn at the left elbow and the right sleeve was off up to half his forearm. His pants were ragged and both back pockets were ripped off. The shoes were scuffed, and one of his laces had its ends split on the left foot. His hands were bloodied at the knuckles and dirtied and scraped at the palms. His skin looked pink under the red tint from the world around him. He felt his face. His hair was matted and sweaty. A cut filled with dry blood was stinging his right cheek. His eyes felt itchy and sore. A high ringing was felt in his ears and when touched, would ache under the pressure. Alex was unsure what happened to him.
Everything felt off. The colors of what should be a lively town was full of death and a blended red, He was covered in blood, No sun shown in the clouds, and everything was broken. There were no cars, no buses, no people. Just broken buildings and himself. Alex turned around. There, he saw a representation of the Consul's mansion. This building was like the others. Its structure screamed potential collapse. Its cathedral-like entrance had given way all Alex could see was the giant dome of the main building. Alex ran to it. He didn't know why. Something seemed important. Alex arrived at the ruins of its cathedral peak. Its previous finesse was smashed into a rubble. Alex hurried to the doorway. He was gasping from the run, but also because of the sight he saw. The marvelous carvings of the doorway were almost precisely sanded to a bare stone wall. The upper left corner was smashed in, leaving a gap where Alex could see inside. Alex ran to the door. He grabbed the large ring handles and pulled. It took some effort, as Alex was already tired. He walked inside. Alex saw only bodies. Bodies of elegant men and women dressed in nightgowns and tuxedos. Alex's lower lip quivered. His breathing began short inward rasps. When he tried breathing out, his body man him suck in, telling him to scream. He began walking inward. Finding footing among them was hard, and this made tears well up inside his eyes. His stomach tightened, muscles tensed. When he finally fell to his knees, he didn't feel anything. No more pain. No stinging. Everything was quiet for a moment. Something wet and tepid landed on his left brow and fell to his cheek. He touched it. Blood. He looked up. A women was staring at him upside down. Blood was dripping form her neck up her chin and falling from her. Her arms outstretched towards Alex, she came closer and closer ready to wrap him in an embrace.

Acts due to boredom
I made these because I was bored when writing them. Feel free to comment on my awesome storytelling, or appalling lack of entertainment. Whoo.
