So last night I'm in Judo and I do a forward roll on my right side...all's well until I stand up...pain shoots through my stomach (left side) I ignore like I usually do when it comes to pain because well I'm rather used to pain. I go for my second roll on my left side as I stand the pain intensifies so much I can't even breath at this point. I practically stumble off the mat. I make it over to my friend/sparing partner. He was sitting out because he has real bad asthma. I look at him with a look of extreme pain on my face and inform him I can hardly breathe. I end up lying down and he gets Sensi who gives me a pack of ice...I lie there for about half an hour or so before calling my parents in almost tears. Dad says he's already on his way. 45 minutes later (they live in a different town from me) I make my way outside with the help of Sensi and my friend and am standing there outside the building when my parents pull up. Sensi and my parents exchange a bit of pleasantries and Dad drives me home. I change out of my gee and into pjs. Dad then checks to make sure I'm not going to die. Turns out I'm not, I just pulled an ab muscle. I'll be fine...in a while...I hope.
