My BedTime Prayer
Now I lay me down 2 sleep.
I pray 4 a man who's not a creep.
1 who's handsome, smart & strong.
Who's not afraid 2 admit when he's wrong.
1 who thinks before he speaks.
When he promises 2 call, he doesn't wait 6 weeks.
I pray that he is gainfully employed.
Won't lose his cool when he is annoyed.
Pulls out my chair & opens my door.
Massages my back & begs 2 do more.
Send me a man who will make love 2 my mind.
Knows what 2 say when I ask " How fat is my behind?".
One who'll make love till my body's a' itchin'.
Gets ME a sandwhich 2 when he goes 2 the kitchen.
I pray that this man will love me to no end.
And would never compare me with my best friend.
Thank you in advance & now I'll just wait, for I know you will send him before it's 2 late.
