When I was little I loved dinosaurs, and I still do. I like to imagine about them and draw them. What was it like when they were alive? Were they slow like crocs or agile like birds? I want to be a paleontologist (study of dino bones) ever since I was little. But when I found out it needed 6-8 years of college and a Doctrine degree, I was hesitant...
My talent that I always had was drawing. I took several drawing classes in high school and tried to take more during my last two years but my parents made me take something else. So I took computer animation, a powerful computer program that allows you to create virtually anything you can imagine. Based off the struggling of other students who took the class, 3-D animation was a challenge, but not for me. I loved the program and took the class 3 times!
For college I plan to major in that field, hopefully to gain more skills and knowledge of the program. While working with it I found out that great artwork form it take a lot of time and skill (and a powerful processor!). I created a tank, a robot, and several landscapes. When I get my shiny MacBook for college, I'm going to buy the $1000 program and work on bigger stuff, like a dinosaur! pirate
Once I'm out of college with a degree, I plan to pursue the BIG company: Pixar Animation Studios. cool
