So I am making a daily regiment for myself to get back into tip top shape. When you look at me I may not look that bad or out of shape but when I play... I know. I know I am out of shape. I cannot jump the way I used to or run as long. I run 30 minutes then bike 30 mintues almost every day. My easy days I only do 30 min. of cardio. Lunges are the hardest part so I only do them when I feel like it. They are super challenges. I am eating less as a result of my excercise. It makes me feel a lot better. I pick out only veggies, fruit, and necessities. I eat fruit everyday as filler snacks and only have about two spoonfuls, max five, of ice cream a day.

The logs are for my eyes only to see how I did the day before because my memory is so poor. I want to get better. This is gonna help me. I am a proud person and I don't want to embarrass myself when volleyball comes up for school. I might even be good enough for the club team >.< I am so excited I want to hit something.
