My day started out at 7:30. I woke up to my mom telling me to get up for pancakes.
I got up and ate pancakes. Then the power went out, and I was shuttled to school by my mother so that I could do this New Student Welcome Day thingie. I was a tour guide.
The tour thing ended 45 minutes earlier than they thought, and, with no electricity, and no cell phone, I was left to my own devices for 45 minutes. I climbed a tree.
Twice.
Once, during the first time, when I was just sitting up there, a bit too high for anyone to notice me, a guy came along in soccer uniform and sat right under me.
When i told him i was right above him, he said,
"please don't fall."
and that's about it.
