Plot: Dib has have ill but it was more serious then anyone thought. It was some disease to his brain which slowly causing him to go into a coma. When Zim finds out about it, he goes to see me in the hospital only to find out that there is nothing the doctors can do and Dib will die from this. Zim couldn't have this happen, he kidnaps Dib to save him, since his advanced Irken techology can save Dib's life.
