Pairing: Raito/L
Setting: Past, medieval AU
Plot: Appleton, that is the land that belongs to King Wammy and his only child, Prince L. It has always been a peaceful land filled with peaceful people but one was out for L's life, for he hated his so called “justice.” Criminals would only be taken to a cell and not killed for their awful deeds. His name's Yagami Raito, he was one of the top assassins out of thousands, under the power of the leader of the assassins, Ryuk.
He's different from other assassins though, he only takes on a job that he felt the person done wrong and could only pay with their death. No one ordered Raito or paid him to make this his new mission. Raito's goal was simple, to kill L for his sense of justice, to kill him for how he punishs criminals.
His alias is Kira and has already killed the King's and Prince's advisor Near.
Note: I didn’t want to add too much because there are so many different things that could happen and here are some of them:
Twist 1 - Raito disguises himself as a new servant to get close to L.
Twist 2 - Raito sneaks into L’s bedroom late at night with a knife in
hand to kill him but instead is captured. L than chooses Raito’s fate.
Twist 3 - On his way inside the castle, Raito bumps into L who is in normal clothing to run away. Anything can happen then.
