i still remember the way you felt in my arms
the way your lips felt against me
our bodies pressing together
the heat of your skin steaming in the cold winter air
the snow falling all around us
the stars shining in the sky
the faint light of the fire flickering as the embers start to go out
i hear the wind blowing
i hear the silence of the full moon
your heart beating faster and faster
your breath matching mine in a fast pace
everything so perfect
we were not two souls but one
we had no bodies we had nothing
but our love for eachother
and the moment we were in at that moment
i remember the feeling of your hair brushing against my fingers
i remember holding you and kissing your forehead
whispering sweet nothings in your ear
i remember every star in that sky was not as beautiful as you were
