He held some sort of spiritual power. Knowing what he had to do, he endeavored to become a priest to hone his newfound abilities. Under the rigorous training of the high priest of his home, Zuo learned how to use his powers to help others and to heal the wounded.
Some years passed and it was time for the boy to strike out on his own. Leaving friends and family members behind, he began his lonely journey that was set upon him by Kami. On one particular mission Zuo found himself brought down by a massive bull demon. The creature had been starving. When it set its sights on young Zuo, he felt he was a goner before his new life even began. Then someone appeared out of the mist. A woman. A lovely woman at that. The twos' eyes met for a second before she attacked the bull that had been staring at her in stupor.
With the thing in pieces, Zuo watched as the woman turned to make her leave. She had vanished by the time he had recovered his ability to walk. Time passed, and the young priest became more in tuned with his spiritual abilities. He even went as far as to combine his powers with some various fighting styles. However he still longed to meet the demon woman that had saved his life that fateful day. All the while on his aimless journey he prays to Kami that he would one day bump into the daiyokai known as Miyoko and reveal his feelings for her. - Other: He is somewhat of an artist. He keeps a sketch that he drew of Miyoko on his being at all times.
