So lately I've been voting for my favorite bands via MTV's March Musical Madness Bracketology thing.

Last time I checked on the page, I came across the most hilarious comment left by one of the users in which they totally call out MTV, its pretty great.

Heres the comment.....

Nickelback against THS? Soundgarden against Death Cab? Stupid WEEZY up against AIC????? DMB against TCV?!!!! THAT MAKES NO SENSE!!!!!!! AT LEAST DO A BETTER JOB OF PAIRING!!!! Wow... Just, wow. Where the hell do I start........... Well, I'm absolutely baffled that MTV would even mention REAL music on here because: 1) You don't even play music so shut up! 2) Half the children who watch this "music" channel have NO clue who those bands are. And a majority of those kids who claim to know them ONLY know the bands' names and profess their love for them on their Facebook pages so they can appear "legit" and "different" listening to their "awesome" indie and alt bands in their Abercrombie and Fitch flannel shirts and Converse. 3) The winner isn't even an actual winner. It's only based on which band has the craziest fans, and that's obviously Tokio Hotel. No offense, but you kids are obsessive (good for TH, I guess)! 3) This "lack of music" trend has been going on since... well the last time you had a VMA ceremony honoring artists with actual merit was in the early 90's, so we'll go with that. 4) You're on the same level as Miley Cyrus here (Mrs.I-don't-listen-to-top-40-let-me-try-to-kill-Radiohead-and-Nirvana-for-everyone-by-claiming-they're-"rock gods"-and-Kurt-Cobain-is-my-ideal-man). Stop trying to appeal to multitudes of musical demographics. Stick to what you know best. Top 40. What I'm trying to get at, MTV, is don't even BOTHER mentioning artists with actual caliber because quite frankly, YOU have no merit!! So, don't defile bands like Radiohead, RATM, Foo Fighters, RHCP, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Coldplay, AIC, Sublime, DMB, Spoon AND fresher bands like Grizzly Bear, Arcade Fire, MGMT, Hold Steady, White Stripes, Modest Mouse, Gorillaz, Animal Collective, TCV (Most, mind you, were defeated by their borderline talentless counterparts, not counting those that went against each other). What you did for the former bands was great and all and I truly appreciate it; HOWEVER you fail to do that currently for the latter half, and you CAN'T do it with out angering people who listen to real music. Friendly advice, play your B.Spears and Miley Cyrus and your 50 Cent and even Kings of Leon, which you have ruined to a point of no return.... Oh, wait, you can't play their music because you never even PLAY MUSIC. Don't try and fix it now. It's been over a decade. Bring on the insults about how I "wasted my time" and "no one cares" Go rot, MTV With absolutely no love whatsoever, Your BIGGEST Anti-fan PS - Go ahead and delete this. Even you know it's true...
