Prussia's Vital Regions in the Baltic's are now called Kaliningrad Oblast. Previously known as Königsberg, Historical North East Prussia.
Basically I'd say a new lil version of 'North East Prussia', who is a Federal subject of Russia. A region~ like a state I suppose.~ Though Kaliningrad is an exclave, and does not physically touch Russia. Neighbors include: Lithuania & Poland.
I'd say a sort of reincarnation of the Baltic Native Old Prussia, before Teutonic Prussia. Yet very changed by Russia.~
