---History---
::Note:: This datafile is clearly rewritten to fit with another timeframe for the Sugai. All accounts here are different from the previous history file on the Sugai, and all data beforehand is now stricken from the records.
2150: Forces outside of the known universe stir up rifts across the planet that bring in a race of ancient Bipedal animal lifeforms known as the Anthros. It is not clear where they came from, but a vast collective of Anthros appeared and laid claim to various vacant territories and set up their civilizations on the ruins of the previous generations. ::It was determined that a Rift Beast, known as Bahamut, entered our world. It is unclear how much damage he did when he entered.::
---At this time, a few Sugai are still around, but most of them are unknown. One gives birth to Leo, thus starting everything up.---
2190: Prof. Leo Sugai proposes the creation of a new type of bionics technology to replace older methods. Syn-Tech is given the green light after tests on Leo's own body succeeded without any major side-effects. Soldiers are now given a second chance to lead normal lives with new prostheses that are far more reliable than previous generation Bionics technology.
2195: Syn-Tech now commonplace among human populace. Integration of new technology makes life easier for many humans. Dr. Leo Sugai suggests that Synthetic Lifeforms be created, permission for a Prototype model is granted (Yoshimi Sugai's creation begins near the end of this year).
2200: Five years of research, construction, modifications, and advancements in energy production tech have culminated into the creation of the Prototype Synthetic Lifeform Y-S, Yoshimi Sugai is "Born". (Complete details in the Schematics section).
2203: EDF desires to test Yoshimi on the field of combat, training begins and the young Syn exceeds all expectations. Yoshimi is given a post in the elite "Zero Unit", a special task force dedicated in performing the most important tasks for the EDF.
2211: Yoshimi Sugai is promoted to Commander of "Zero Unit" after former Commander Gio Saiga departs after several years of service (Gio would later become head of a Mercenary outfit that Sugai would find himself employed by after an accident knocked out his memory and left him without a clue as to who he was).
2221: A massive conflict involving a number of revolts across the planet starts up a power struggle that leaves several thousand people dead, many of them soldiers, others were civilian casualties. The revolt would last for 3 years.
::Hiroshi Ogawa was proven to be the man behind a lot of the struggles, although it wasn't clear in the first place::
2223: Commander Yoshimi Sugai is caught up in a large explosion after investigating a munitions depot on the outskirts of a major city hub. Several men are found responsible for the explosion and are apprehended. Sugai is declared M.I.A.
2224: The major struggle finally comes to an end, with both sides declaring a truce. The cleanup effort begins, along with the search for Yoshimi Sugai. Prof. Leo Sugai ends up as a casualty of an old partner, leaving him for dead. His mind was transferred to a Core and a body built after a few years of work from inside his own computer system. Leo is now a Syn.
2228: Yoshimi Sugai is found by Gio Saiga, head of Mercs unit comprised of former EDF soldiers. Gio uses some of the knowledge given to him by his former employer and does his best to patch up Sugai's massive wounds. Yoshimi is grateful of this assistance and complies with Gio to employ the skills that he can remember into starting life as Merc.
2231: Yoshimi Sugai finally regains most of memory and relocates his "father". The Sugai are reunited, with a great deal of emotion being shown between the two. Yoshimi declines to join the EDF and resigns from his still active position as the Zero Unit Commander. Sugai still holds himself to being a part of the Mercs and remains active among his new squad.
2232: Yoshimi is forced back into the EDF one last time when Hiroshi Ogawa shows up in full force and decides that it's the best time to attack every settlement across the planet. All fronts were swept into the conflict, which would rage for several years.
2241: Hiroshi Ogawa attacks the entire planet with an army of Android units in a bid to eradicate all living beings across the planet. His main target were the Anthros, many of whom were soldiers and fierce warriors; he was afraid of them and saw them all as a threat. The Sugai had to do something about this, and the Humans weren't exactly eager to aide them right away, until it was clear that the Sugai wanted nothing more than to see Ogawa eliminated. The price they paid was steep, they had to become exiles in order to unify everyone to the cause, even then things were tough after the battle was over.
2246: Several years later, another incident arose when the leader of Neo-Asia; a Dragon named Bahamut suddenly declared he wanted to go to war on everyone! Mimicking the same scenario of the Ogawa fiasco, Bahamut didn't care who was in his way, just as long as everyone suffered. Yoshimi was called in by some of his former allies, something he didn't count on at first. The fight against Bahamut lasted over an hour, but in that short bit of time the combat that ensued was intense and highly destructive. In the end, Yoshimi was able to topple the beast, at the cost of his life...so the records will have you believe.

::Weapons::
Blade Pistol: A rather elegant weapon in design and functionality, this is Yoshimi's trusted main weapon. Providing decent ranged coverage and short ranged attacks. Optimized to fire a range of different energy based and ballistic projectiles, it offers up a means to handle many situations that call for a certain type of approach, be it incapacitation of a target, breaching blockades, or bringing about deadly force. It's a trusted tool that hasn't let him down yet.
Sword and Arm Guard: A memento set aside by Genesis as a means to support Yoshimi's abilities. The sword itself was once used by Genesis before he decommissioned the weapon himself, as for the arm guard; that's a bit of a mystery. Further testing is required before a full analysis can be made. ::The arm guard is actually of arcane origin, possibly a relic from another realm::
Disruptor Rifle: The Class X Disruptor Rifle, designed by Professor Leo Sugai was created in part to supplement a new armor suit. The weapon fires high velocity energy shells, or supercharged bolts that vaporize targets of varying size. Its only use is for high-level targets that need to be taken out immediately. It's a dangerous weapon, even more so than anything he currently carries.

Syn Shell: This is Yoshimi's physical form in the world. An extremely tough and fully functional form that allows Yoshimi to interact with his surroundings. The shell protects his "Core", which is the lifeforce of this Syn. With the shell, he can make himself appear as if he were just a normal human being. Yoshimi is the only Syn on record to contain an advanced shell, allowing for extreme levels of durability and support against attacks. It does have its limits, and is periodically replaced in case of its total destruction
Syn Core: The life vessel of any Syn unit. The core is designed to house energy for all weapons, basic functions, and lifeforce. It also contains the Soul data for Yoshimi, which is the personality that he possesses in order to interact with people and his surroundings. The Core itself is a mixture of various energy types, held together in a orb-like capsule and connected by 6 ports. If damaged or destroyed, the energy released can obliterate anything in its surroundings. The Core will purge itself if a designated area is deemed unsafe for detonation.
Alex - Combat assisting AI: Leo was looking for a way to help Yoshimi focus a bit more and keep tabs on his condition, so he created Alex; an advanced AI with a bit of a short fuse and sarcasm for extra flair. He was modeled after Yosh's former commander, Bahamut; just not so old and cranky. His insistence to tell Yoshimi not to be so reckless is quite common.
Crimson Buster Armor: In an attempt to give Yoshimi a little bit of flair and protection, Dr. Sugai and a crack team of designers and engineers developed the Buster Armor Assault Gear. The Armor itself contains a fair share of its own particle weaponry and modular support. The flair aspect was to give the public something to look up to, even to Yoshimi's dismay for being played off as some fancy hero type. ---Allies, Enemies, and Rivals---
::This list represents the current list of people Yoshimi Sugai is affiliated with. A for Ally, E for Enemy, R for Rival, that is the key for the letter indication. D is for deceased, in case you are wondering::
Professor Leo Sugai (A): Creator of Synthetics research, "father" of Yoshimi, and creator of Giro. Leo has always been there for Yoshimi, constantly keeping him up to date and in working condition. He has countless records of his own achievements in his fields of science, and has proven himself to be an invaluable member of society. He can be a little introverted at times due to his slight level of isolation, but he does work well with others, although he is hesitant in giving out crucial data to others.
Anthro Guard: A trio of newly discovered Special-Type Anthros who arrived via a rift formed by an unknown source. Michael Brightstar, Rachael "Rae-Chan" Nightshade, and Strife Steelheart were discovered wandering about the planet in need of someone who could help them. At first the tension between the Sugai and the Antrhos were high, but when they got down the details, things were settled and their goals set into motion. The battles they all fought were intense and massive, but they managed to survive day after day.
Gio Saiga (A): Ex-Commander of Zero Unit Gio Saiga first forged a small bond with Yoshimi, since it was policy to get to know members of such a high ranking unit. Over a course of several years and many battles, Gio and Yoshimi formed a close friendship; this would allow for Gio to relinquish command over to Yoshimi after he resigned. After the accident that left Yoshimi in bad shape and lost without a sense of purpose, Gio found his old friend once more, this time under the command of a Mercenary unit. To this day, they still remain close friends and share some time with each other when possible. He still hires Yoshimi when he is available.
Sapphire (R): The creation of Leo's Protege, Kaneda; Sapphire is what Yoshimi would have been if built as a female model. An exact opposite to the Crimson synthetic, Sapphire is an ideal match in terms of specs; as was the intention of her creator. While often times a bit harsh toward Yoshimi, she's actually his closest friend and a strong ally. Her design was supposed to clash with Yoshimi in every respect, even down to the colors. She's considered by some to be quite eccentric, and a tad too alluring for her own good, something she uses to her advantage.

::Weapon Systems::
Photon-based projectiles: Advanced type of energy based on the properties of light and high frequency focus reactors. Replacing the archaic "ballistic" weaponry of the past, Photon projectiles can be harnessed to provide different levels of power to handle a variety of situations. Mild charges of photons can stun or incapacitate targets, medium charges can damage targets and shut down equipment, heavy charges kill and destroy any target that it contacts. It's a powerful system that is flexible, even to where elements could be added into the mixture. Elements in any case are irrelevant and not required for the function of this weapon system. Such power lies in other forms of weaponry, but have not been tapped to where they could be used in combat.
Advanced Melee Training: A standard base of knowledge in many forms of unarmed and close ranged combat. Bladed weaponry is most preferred. This type of training was something that Yoshimi suggested that he learned after reading about ancient weaponry. This would lead Yoshimi to wield a number of blades across the span of his lifetime to this date. This form of combat is widely used by Yoshimi, whenever it's possible for fighting an enemy on normal terms.
Basic level Gravity Manipulation (Pressure Waves): Utilizing a Gravity Orb and focus, the creation of a Pressure Wave can be created. Witnessing this kind of power used by Jet in a recent struggle against a powerful enemy, Yoshimi wanted to learn a little more about how to manipulate Gravity as another form of offensive and defensive tool. Dr. Leo used some of the data gathered during the battle and was able to create a small Gravity Orb. Yoshimi has yet to actually harness its true power, but he is learning at a steady pace.
Superhuman level stats: Being an Android-type lifeform (Synthetic), Yoshimi exhibits a level of strength, speed, sight, and hearing that a normal human does not even come close to (unless they carry a Synthetic part of their own).
His records show a number of feats in different categories.
Top running speed clocks in at 120 MPH.
Maximum lift weight is 2000 Lbs.
Jump height reaches 60 Ver.Ft and 200 Horiz.Ft.
Striking power clocks in at 800 Lbs.

Description: The prototype Synthetic Combat unit created by Dr. Leo Sugai as means to create a defensive force that would be able to risk life and limb in battle, without sacrificing human life. Yoshimi is much more advanced than the typical Android-Type lifeform, as he shows himself to be more like his human counterparts. This isn't something that is a liability, as he has shown that he can close off those human intentions and push himself to finish his task.

Description: The second unit of the Sagami-Type Synthetic units, Kojiro was built to represent a different type of combat unit; one that discreetly shows off his abilities by using an alternate form. This unit is able to travel at super high speeds, giving him an edge whenever there is a sign of a threat. His attitude is described as "hot-blooded" and "aggressive", a big difference from Yoshimi's personality.
