The name given to me at birth is Isis Lilith Avandel but you may call me Commander Avandel.

Personality: Isis is any military's dream. For generations, her family has proudly served in the higher rankings of BioTech's Silent Syndicate division. Cold, ruthless and consistently devoid of compassion or emotion, Avandel is by far one of the most dangerous people on Ultima.
Weapons and Abilities: Aside from the large number soldiers under her command, Isis possesses weaponry that marks the pinnacle of BioTech's technological advancement.
Harbinger: One of the most powerful weapons ever developed, the BioTech VX1220 A.E.O.N. Elemental Hand-Cannon harnesses the elemental energy around it and stores that energy type in a large cell. The weapon has several cells, each meant to contain a separate element. When Isis so chooses, she can unleash one or more of these cells along with a massive concussive burst. Unfortunately the weapon has an extensive area of effect with deadly splash damage. When in an area absent of elemental energy, Harbinger can still be used for concussive bursts. Several valves are present along the top of the weapon and other locations on Isis' suit of armor. These valves are designed to absorb the elemental energy around them, transfer that energy to Harbinger, and vent the force expelled when she fires the cannon.
Fenrir: The BioTech Z1390 Silencer Void Katana Custom, a deadly blade with a crystal of pure Null energy at it's heart. It's edge can instantly nullify even the most powerful Espers' elemental control. This effect usually lasts for up to a minute.
Physical Amplifiers: In order to perform on par with Espers and Esperkyn in combat, Isis volunteered for surgeries to implant powerful amplifiers in her limbs to increase her strength, speed, agility, endurance, and physical defense. The hyper activity of the amplifiers does occasionally cause her to become dizzy and she suffers from frequent migraines but this is usually not in battle since she is actually utilizing the amps.
Aura Scope: A scanner type visual tool which Isis uses to track down her elemental targets. The Silencer Standard Issue E.V.O. Eye Tool not only allows the wearer to see heat signatures, but also contains an infrared sight, an ultrasonic sight, and an elemental signature sight. This last scope usually displays nearby Espers or Esperkyn as a glowing single or multi colored entity.

✖✖ Background: Born into a family who honored only military service, Isis' future was planned out from before her birth. During the Omegan Explosion, Isis' mother died, leaving only her father to raise herself and her younger sister Meredith. Her dictatorial father took all his frustrations out on his daughters, fearing that the generations of Avandels in the military would end with him. He abused them and even sexually assaulted Isis at one point, in a drunken fit of rage, instilling her hatred for all men. When she had finally had enough of his verbal, physical, and emotional abuse, she snapped and slit his throat. When investigations began, she and her Meredith insisted that a burglar had killed him while he was attempting to subdue him. The two sisters were then sent to live with a foster family, who raised them as though they were their own children.
Ten years passed and Meredith decided to join the military on her eighteenth birthday. Isis was confused as to why she would do this, never understanding why her sister would follow the expectations of their b*****d father, but nevertheless her big sister complex took over and she too joined the military.
Within two years, Isis had earned enough recognition to be transferred to the Silent Syndicate, at the time her duty was to hunt down suspected elementals escaping to Omega. A year later, Isis was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, and was in command of a squad of powerful, hand-cannon wielding soldiers. She had her own custom armor and weaponry developed by her employers, and she had requested for Meredith to be transferred to the Silencers and promoted to become her Sergeant. By this point, her role was to enforce the law on Omega. Usually this consisted of civil matters, but occasionally an Esperkyn would sate her need for violence by attempting to revolt against the Silencers. After a run in with some very powerful Esperkyn warriors, Avandel requested that she be stationed in the prison city of Haven. She still traveled to other colonies and enforced the law in the Omegan colonies, but she usually left the majority of her soldiers behind to guard the rapidly growing prison city, preferring instead to take only her more elite fighters in case of inevitable violence. Ever since her recent capture of Kestral, and the destruction of his tribe, Isis has been personally monitoring his daily actions. She seems to have a keen interest in him, though she has no idea what he's truly capable of.

Distinguishing Marks
If Isis Avandel isn't recognized immediately by anyone on Omega, they must have been lucky enough to never have met her. Few incidents involving her end well. Aside from her intricate armor and weaponry, she also has silver dyed hair just as Meredith does. Avandel has a tattoo of the side profile of a stalking wolf on her right collar bone, a lip piercing and several ear piercings.
