Okay, so, again, another manga that finished forever ago that was really popular that I just finished.
Actually, I'll be focusing most of my attentions on completed series, so this is to be expected.
Basic rundown on the plot for furuba: Tohru finds the people possessed by the spirits of the 13 (yes, 13) zodiacs. The zodiacs include the traditional 12, and the cat. By some coincidence, she ends up living with the dog, rat and cat.
Then, as they get closer, the bonds of the curse begin to tighten, and drama and heartache follow, but so does romance and, eventually love.
The end is sweet. Everyone ends up together that should end up together, as far as I'm concerned. I had a special interest in Kureno and Uo's relationship. I'm not sure why. I haven't experienced anything like it, but it really touched me. ^_^
A great manga, if you can drag yourself all the way through it. There are times you have to really pull yourself through by willpower, but it's also very good. ^_^
Parental disclaimer: at first, nothing. Then a few curse words start popping up, including Fs, Bs, As, etc. It's not excessive though. In the latter half of the series, there are several couples who sleep together. Though there are scenes where sex is implied, or sexual actions, it's not shown in any detail.
