Another Short Story of Julian & Abel - Demon Brothers
Competitive -An ongoing, never-ending, cycle.

Julian was feeling bored. He needed to keep busy. He was antsy, an energetic little kid. He looked to his brother. Abel was already growing bigger than himself. This didn't sit well with him. Gritting his teeth and growling, he approached. He got right up into his brother's business, standing taller on his tip toes. Glaring he poked him in the chest meaningfully. Abel narrowed his eyes. Here we go again...

Julian abruptly strode away. He made a b-line to their mini fridge. He grabbed two bottles of blood. He did an about-turn, returning with the same stride. He pushed a bottle to his brother's chest. "Hmp!" He raised his bottle but stopped to look at Abel. Abel just sighed. He raised his own bottle of blood. May as well get this over with.

Julian made a chopping motion with his free hand to start the contest. They both chugged. Quaffing. Abel was downing it in one go. While Julian however hard he wanted to win, was just messy. Julian slammed his bottle on their tiny kid table with force. Haaaah~ s'good. He was sure he had won -this time. Upon opening his eyes he found out the truth. Most of his bloody drink had dribbled all down his chin, down his shirt, and all over his hands. He just, sort of, stood there. Abel had won. Abel also just stood there. This was always so awkward...
