Ok here there are:
-san : stands for being called Mr., Miss, Ms., Mrs., etc. also it is an all-purpose honorific and can be usedin any situations where politeness is required
-kun : this suffix is used at the end of boy names to express familitarity or endearment.It is also sometimes used by men among friends,or addressing someone younger or of a lower station. (wow didn't know that @.@)
-chan : This is used to express endearment, mostly toward girls.It is also used for littleboys,pets,and even amoung lovers. It gives a sence of childish cuteness.
