Well, it started out to be, anyway... I just lounged all day reading and watching TV with my computer on. The book is still good, though. <3
Anyhow, the evening has been anything but ordinary. Since I don't feel like typing it all again, i'll paste it in from an IM window with Gretchen.

HanyouGirl101 (7:13:53 PM): I gave it to my dad. he's quiet for a moment, and then he says "what happened?"
HanyouGirl101 (7:14:09 PM): more silence.
HanyouGirl101 (7:14:25 PM): I had a feeling something bad had happened, and I knew he'd been having troubles
HanyouGirl101 (7:14:49 PM): my mom came in and asked if it was a female or male. "female" I said. she said somehting must have happened
HanyouGirl101 (7:15:00 PM): finally, my dad hung up. my mom asked what happened, but he left the room
Etchensketch1129 (7:15:04 PM): ...did something happen?

HanyouGirl101 (7:15:24 PM): a minute later, he came back saying that Bill had died form a heart attack
So, yes. I see myself absent from school in the near future for the funeral.
I hate funerals. Hopefully my parents will let me stay home. I mean, I feel bad and everything, but I don't want to miss school to go to a funeral home all day for a guy I've met like, four times... Plus I abhore funerals. I get really uncomfortable, no to mention bored. I just can handle the tension in the air... *sighs* If it was for someone I was close to, well, I'd want to go, of course. But... I dunno.
