My eyes have been closed for so long,
Its been like i was sleeping through my life,
I never knew that there was a world outside my dreams,
But there is,
A whole new world that lets me in with open arms,
I was dreaming for so long,
I don't even know that this isn't a dream anymore,
But i'm going to reach out for it and see with my own eyes if its real,
Not just a dream if its a real place where I can go and live out my dreams,
My eyes were closed up til now,
But now my eyes are wide open to see the new world that is in front of me,
Ready for me to take my first steps toward it at last...
