Epiphany

Writing down things I think I need to remember. Way too often, I realize or learn something, only to forget it and let it pass my mind a few hours later. So when I think of something along those lines, it'll go here, or in a notebook, or whatever. ^^

Observation of Self-Action We all have a habit of living in the moment, of reacting and acting naturally. What many of us are unaware of us that in all of the areas of our life of action and reaction we use technique, we use methods, we use form, without trying - and without thinking about it. Through observing ones own technique and method, you can learn to control it and thus improve it.
