What makes humans like us so special? Why do we think we're above everything else in the universe? And why are we uncapable of living long enough to be with the one we love. Let's face reality for a bit. Don't just lie to yourself and go on. We always hide are feelings of the one we love the most, then we have to make it like we've always wanted to tell them. Ask yourself this question once in a while. "Why do we hide our feelings if we love this person so much?" No one in the world will be able to answer this for me. The truth is, unconciously, we don't want them to know. We're looking out for our own feelings instead of the one we love. There are more acusations than mine.Embarressment, greed for attention, the list goes on.... But this is what I think.....We're actually very fragile. We don't have very long to live. Not like the wind, the water, the earth. Our lives are short, so when we fall in love, we try to keep ourselves shielded from the pain. No one wants to admit we're weak, and neither do I, but I really think we see ourselves as powerless on the inside. Keeping are secrets to ourselves, we shut out our loved ones, only bringing them more anxios to know the truth. You can say this isn't true, that you couldn't get yourself to say it to this person's face, but in reality, everyone is lying to themselves, whether they know it or not.
