Gekkou stood atop the white marble walls of the city. along side her on both sides was a row of elvish looking men, all armed with bows, and a small dagger on their sides. they were lightly armored, probably to allow maneuverability. Stretched out in front of her was a massive armor of heavily armored men and women. She could see Ekaj and Fenix at the head of the army. She was told to stay back with the archers since her magic made here a powerful long range fighter. She paced up and down the wall talking to the archers when one of them cried out.
" HERE THEY COME!!!!!"
She spun towards the plains to see all the demons were now charging their way. She also noticed that in the middle of them all were about 5 or 6 demons carrying a large structure, wich looked like a large circle with 3 prongs.
"CHARGE!"
Ekaj and Fenix started the charge at the demons and clashed with them within a few seconds. Fenix and Ekaj fought close together and began carving a path towards the creatures carrying the stone. the closer they got to them the more the creatures began to funnel towards them in an attempt to stop them. finally after many grueling waves of demons, Ekaj and Fenix began to fall back but then the army caught up to them and they held the line. Neither side was giving away to the other.
"UsE tHe StOnE," said one of the more powerful demons.
With that said the demons set the circle stone on the ground and began chanting around it.
"STOP THEM," Yelled Ekaj,"I dont wanna know what that thing does."
But it was too late. as he finished his sentence a black light shot from the stone and shattered the sky like glass , creating a doorway to the demon realm.
Then all the demons began chanting,"Archdemon.....Archdemon.....Archdemon."
A small black mass then fell from the doorway and collided with the ground.
"what....what is that," said Fenix as he stared at the creature that emerged from the blackness.
It stood up straight and he got a good look at it.
it had a silver white mass of hair, its face was covered in a white mask and horns protruded from its head, its eyes where slitted yellow, it wore a white armor and a white feathery cape draped from its shoulders to the ground, it held two swords, one blue and black,the other white and orange, and finally from its back protruded two bony wing like appendages. With every breath a puff of mist drifted in front of its mouth.
"what the hell is that," said Fenix.
"....an Archdemon," said Ekaj," they are demons who have surpassed all others, through deadly rituals and rigorous training. they are said to be able to rip apart mountains with one blow and turn beautiful forests to barren wastelands in moments."
"Oh MiGhTy ArChDeMoN, hEaD oUr CaLl, HeLp Us DeStRoY tHeSe HuMaNs..."
the Archdemon smiles revealing white sharp teeth," Ive....come back...."
"HuH," said the demon.
which was the last word he said, as the Archdemons blade pierced its skull. Just as it removed its blade another figure flew down from the doorway.
it was Joul, but he had black feathery wings and seemed much stronger, " STOP HIM, HES NOT THE ARCHDEMON!"
The Archdemon jumped into the air and turned around, " Black fang...," he swung his dark sword and sent a wave of black energy, into the stone, shattering it and cleaving a large chunk of the demons away.
Fenix sat there with his jaw wide open, he wasnt sure if his feeling was right...but one scream confirmed it was.
Gekkou fell to here knees crying, tears streamed down her face in rivers and all the archers around her tried to comfort her she then looked up with a smile and a tear stained face and screamed a single word out,"AXL!!!!"
