Kekkai Genkai: Unhindered Transmutation :: Due to the nature of the substance used to create Cambio, she can duplicate materials she has come in contact with. This includes copying them in her own body, or even transmuting them onto other items by momentarily endowing the desired item with her sentience. In this process, the size, shape, and density can be changed, but not the total amount of matter. If she is given a brick of lead, it will retain the same total amount of matter. This being said, it is impossible for her to turn a brick of lead into two bricks of lead, though she could perhaps turn it into two bricks of a less dense material. Think of Full Metal Alchemist, Equivalent Exchange is basically the law here.
Technically speaking, she has power over a five foot radius of things her 'body' is touching. So, if she holds her tail at full length away from herself, there is a 5 diameter sphere around it in which she can shape. The catch to this, is that there cannot only be air between Cambio and the object in question. She /must/ be in direct liquid or solid contact with it.
This should be considered for all intensive purposes, a psionic trait. Think advanced/specialized telekinesis. Additionally, this is her only power. Chakra, magic, divine and any other psionic "power" are completely out of her grasp, eternally. (Though perhaps, if these sorts of energies can be channeled into a substance in the way electricity can be channeled through wire, she could curve them, or even store them.)
The only draw back, naturally, is that using her transmutation on living organisms renders the matter inert, effectively making it inanimate. The effects can be reversed, but not by Cambio. The only reason she is able to change herself, is because she is not technically a living creature, but much more like a golem. No soul, only an artificial sentience created much the way Eve was created from Adam's rib.

Bio: Cambio was a creation, the eager search of a young alchemist looking for a potion that would take on the physical qualities of any potion it came into contact with. In his experiments the potion came into contact with his DNA, the effect of which was an instant one. Within this tiny vial a sentience was born. It lurked there, assessing what it could of the situation before it evaded his sight, and escaped his supposedly safe working environment. Since, she has stolen what would probably be millions of dollars in trinkets, dense metals, and things necessary to feed her desire to prove her own ability. Things immaterial are what this changeling treasures, for they are things she cannot destroy, and cannot create.
Race: Transmutation Golem (Best I can come up with honestly.)
Appearance: Not really something that one should see twice. Soon enough I'll have the drawing I have of her, but till then I'll have to just supply disguises.
