So I weigh a little more than 170 lbs right now. My goal is gonna be to get down to 150 lbs. by Christmas.
What do I want to work on: abs. I want abs to dance around. AND I want better flexibility.
So I figure if I run for 30 minutes a day and do a little weights every so often and abs everyday, I should lose about 2 pounds a week. AT LEAST, right?
[/ shrug] or so I hope. We'll see how this goes... cause I get stressed out really easy.... and I dunno.... maybe I can reward myself by looking for a little black dress on days when it's hard or something? I have no clue...
