Digimon Chaos
Episode 4: Kill the pawn; Yurimon saves the day
A/N: If it takes me awhile to post, I am very sorry. *bows deeply* I have AP Art assignments to works on for the rest of my senior year in high-school, and that means time off the computer. *shrugs* Most of the time when I’m on the internet these days, it’s either finding a good college in Georgia or talking to my girlfriend on AOL. XD!!
Disclaimer: Somewhere over the rainbow, Donnimon wishes to be Akiyoshi Hongo. But life is but a dream, huh? Digimon does not belong to me. Yurimon was created by my girlfriend.<33
Warning: The series contain yuri. As in two girls going “bang bang bang”. Why else do you think Fal-chan’s digimon is named Yurimon?? To save the embarrassment for you (I can’t really say the both of us; I have nothing to be ashamed of) just press the back button like the good little nuisance you are. I have no time for yuri-bashing.

Stroking Donni’s hair, Yurimon sighed and turned to the burning flame she built. It was night, and since Yurimon couldn’t find a place to sleep, she decided it would be best to camp for the night. She needed her strength, and too much movement for Donni would be bad. She did, however, still have second thoughts. Being out in the open always irked her; it left her vulnerable, in a way. The only option she had now was to push that thought aside and settle down for a bit…. Or at least until Donni woke up. It’s been a few hours since the attack from Greymon and it’s just now that Donni’s breathing is back to normal. She did have a burning fever though, and she was hurt pretty bad. Aside from that, Yurimon felt a little better; she was going to be just fine.
Tentomon received the news an hour after the attack; he simply said to stay put for a little while and keep a move on as soon as Donni wakes up; trouble is drawing near and they can’t afford to stall any longer. Yurimon did as she was told and built a fire, still keeping an eye on the unconscious girl. She didn’t want to leave her; worst case scenario, a bad guy would capture Donni without Yurimon giving them a fight. That’s something she didn’t want.
Breathing slowly and steadily, Donni flinched a bit and calmed down again, still not opening her eyes. Yurimon frowned and felt the top of her forehead. Still burning hot, she thought. She did have a fever earlier… I’m worried. Yurimon, forgetting the fact that Donni could me in pain for this, gave her a hug, holding her tight. “Let’s hope things get better soon… that’s all we can do.” she thought out loud, feeling the burning Donni, who was as hot as the fire crackling right next to her.

“Sir… it appears Greymon was defeated.”
Alphamon turned to the bowing Tailmon and sighed, crossing his arms. “Looks like he wasn’t good enough. All right Tailmon, send another Digimon in to fight Yurimon. And this time, let this be a strong Digimon.” Tailmon stood up and turned to walk out of the room, but a swift from Alphamon’s hand stopped her dead in her tracks. He thought for a moment. “Change of plans. A strong champion-leveled digimon’ll do. We need as many ultimates and megas as we possibly can; I know Donni and Yurimon are close to finding the crest of sincerity… question is, why stop now when they’re so close to achieving their mission; it’s under their feet and they don’t even know it.”
“From what Angemon told me earlier, Donni’s knocked out cold.” Tailmon replied. Alphamon stood abruptly as Tailmon continued. “Orders from Tentomon said for Yurimon to stay put. And being the underdog she is, she obeyed. They’ll be taking a rest until Donni’s up again.”
“How long has Donni been out?” Alphamon asked with curiosity.
“Let’s see… about 2 minutes before Greymon turned into a digiegg, so..” Tailmon calculates with her paw. “That’s about 6 hours.”
“Well, that makes my job much easier.” Alphamon said, grinning. “The digimon choice is yours, Tailmon. Get them to capture Yurimon. My strict orders are as follows… I want Yurimon alive. There’s no way of this mission succeeding if she’s dead.”
“What about Donni, sir?” Tailmon asked. “What shall we do with her?”
Alphamon let out a chuckle as he turned around, his cape flying behind him as he walked towards the giant window. “Kill her. She’s nothing but a pawn. Something that gets into Yurimon’s way. Oh, and kill her before either of them has a chance to find the crest of sincerity. Donni’s the key to Yurimon’s digivolution.”
“Your request has been approved.” Tailmon replied before bowing again, walking out the door.

“C’mon, Donni, wake up. I’m having an uneasy feeling; we can’t stay here for long.”
Yurimon sighed, still wondering why Donni hasn’t stirred yet. Rubbing Donni’s arm, the digimon could do nothing at this point but wait. As they always said, time heals all wounds. She always thought that was a mental quote. What about with physical damage? As a digimon, she always knew that when one was defeated, they would turn into digiegg. She doesn’t remember a time when she was defeated by a digimon though… nor does she remember her time as a human being. So what happens when a human is hurt? Will they heal? Will they die? She was very unsure about that answer.
Will they die… Yurimon started panicking again and set her hand on the left side of Donni’s chest. She could feel her soft heartbeat. Beating… bump-bump. Bump-bump. Felt like her heartbeat was steady. But how long will it be until Donni wakes up?
Yurimon didn’t remember much about tales, but for some odd reason, inside her head, she can see Donni in a long green dress, laying on a bed. So peaceful, but everyone said she’s gone. There was no way to wake her up from her deep slumber, so assuming she was dead seemed to be the only option at that point.
She can’t die, she just can’t; she has a destiny to fulfill… and we were starting to become really good friends…
Really good friends. That voice of hers haunted her as her heart beat faster and faster, walking closer to the sleeping “prince”. Her face flushed a deep red as she finally realized they were almost nose in nose. Such beauty, she thought as she shut her eyes, nearing herself to Donni’s pale face…
“Needle Spray!!” a voice called, and Yurimon’s eyes quickly opened. Back to reality. Back to the truth; Donni wasn’t wearing a long, green dress. Just her dirty and burned jeans and bandages covering her top-half of her body. Yurimon looked up at the tall green figure, and noticed there really were needles charging towards them.
Yurimon stepped in front of Donni and pulled her foot to the side, her arms spread out. “Kick Breeze!” she yelled, and quickly swooped her foot back to its original spot. A gush of wind spread out in front of them and stopped the needles from coming any further, dropping on the ground. “What do you want? If it’s me you want, then don’t hurt Donni; she didn’t do anything to you!”
“It is you who I want.” the digimon said. “But I follow the orders that are given to me; Donni is requested to be destroyed. And you’re not stopping me from fulfilling my mission.”
“You think so, huh?” Yurimon grinned, her arms and one leg spread out again. She started spinning as she formed a small tornado. “Spinning Torpedo!!” she yelled, picking the green cactus off the tree. Almost being sucked in, the digimon puffed out its chest. “Needle Spray!” it yelled, and the needles went inside the tornado as the wind slowly descended. Yurimon fell to the ground, cursing to herself as she tried to pick herself up. A failed attempt and she ended up falling on Donni as the digimon tried the attack once more. “This shouldn’t hurt you as bad, but since Donni is already in terrible condition, she’s good as dead. Needle Spray!!”
Yurimon turned to Donni, who still hasn’t opened her eyes in the last 6 hours. The digimon wrapped her arms around the human, making sure she wasn’t going to be hurt. “You’re last words to me was ‘All right, Yurimon, Looks like you’ll have to digivolve’… I want to know more about you, but it seems I may be too late. I know we only met, but I feel a strong connection. Quite possibly because we’re partners in crime now. If you’re dying, I.. I don’t know what I’d do. You need me, and I need you! We need each other to keep this destiny going!” And with that, Yuri pressed her lip against Donni’s, who was starting to glow that familiar jade colour again.
The needles coming towards them started to disappear in a white light, and Yurimon broke the kiss to look up. Donni’s eyes started to slowly open as she grunted a bit, her device glowing white as well. A digiegg appeared in front of Yurimon as she reached out, getting a grasp of it. Green with black stripes and a weird symbol on it, she smiled as she raised it to the air. “Must be a new digivolution. Let’s see what we got!” She started turning black as she wrapped her arms around her chest.
“Yurimon Armour Digivolve to… Princessmon, The Revolutionary Queen of Truth!!”
Such a prefect name for her… Donni thought as the new digimon emerged from the darkness. A beast-man looking Digimon with a long, flowing black dress, her skin was painted a light green and her long, flowing pink hair was blowing in unison with the wind, she pointed her finger at the digimon. “You’re not taking Donni-chan away from me!”
“Uuh?” Donni blushed a deep red, digging her nails on the soft ground. “A suffix…? That’s kinda new.”
“You asked for it.” The digimon answered, shrugging. “Coconut Punch!” The red punching bag started moving in all directions as Yurimon tried dodging them all with her arms crossed in front of her face. She jumped up and looked up, her eyes glowing white. “The Gods of Truth!” she yelled.
She sky started turning gray as thunder could be heard from a distance. Lighting started striking in different directions and one hit the digimon as it shrieked, the lightning turning the digimon into a mere green and white polka-dotted egg.
Princessmon de-volved into Yurimon and turned to Donni to see if she was harmed. Propped up, Donni looked up from her device and smiled. “Feeling a lot better. Thanks Yurimon.
The digimon, unable to bottle up her feelings of contentment, rushed towards Donni, giving her a small glomp. Donni let out a groan as she felt pain rush through her body. She pushed that thought aside for a moment; she was glad to see Yurimon again.
“Donni-chan!” she squealed. “I was so worried, what happened?”
“I… I’m not quite sure.” Donni replied as the egg started to float up to the sky. “I guess I just couldn’t see you hurt any more from that Greymon and… I had to do something; I hate being the cheerleader of fights.”
“Try not to do that again until we find a digivolution where you’re more involved.” Yurimon said. Noticing she was almost nose to nose from Donni once again, she blushed and quickly jumped back. “Oh no!”
“Uuh? What??” Donni quickly looked around, afraid something was going to lunge out and grab her throat.
“I… I kissed you, didn’t I?”
Blushing to that question, Donni laughed and scratched the back of her head, trying her best to avoid that question. “Following up to the fairy tales, huh?”
Blinking, Yurimon thought for a moment, utter confusion in her eyes. “What’s a fairy tale??”

A/N: I’m going so much faster now! Zoom zoom!! Haha!! Hopefully things run more smoothly in the future……. This is gonna be fun. X3
Still confused on Yurimon’s thoughts, will Donni be able to figure out what’s up in the Digimon’s head? And What’s Alphamon coming up with next? Who’s working for him? Tailmon and Angemon were mentioned… I’m sure for most Digimon fans, they can probably guess who the third mystery mon is. Find out on the next chapter of Digimon Chaos!!
