"I cry a lot - I don't know why, but it just helps me. I cry over bad and good stuff - sometimes sadness can be beautiful."
-Amy Lee
When you cry, you don't have much of a choice as to when you do, or when you want to. It all comes from the emotion you hold deep within you. You can hide tears on your face, but there's no escaping tears from your spirit. We hide so many secrets that all you can do is cry. I don't believe in crying in public. I often force myself not to, but that only makes it more painful. I find myself coming home, locking myself up alone, and bursting into tears. It feels so good to just cry. It's like every tear drop is a moment in your life that you deeply regret. You can't forget it, but you can release it through tears. All the depression is relieved through crying. You may still feel bad later, but you feel as though your soul was just purified. Release your pain through tears, for if you don't cry, then you'll only hold this pain in your heart. If you can cry, then you can do that which many cannot. You're giving yourself a great releif. So, it's better just to sit down think, and let a few tears out.

Life's gifts and sorrows...
The things in life that seem to just pop into my head. My third personality at its best. Everything written is all opinion from my perspective, as someone with a childish spirit and hidden thoughts.
